The Best Bet is the third movie I've watched this month. A hilarious comedy I would say, revolving around one of Singaporeans' "hobbies", none other than 4D betting(lottery).

The entire film is mainly in Hokkien dialect, which in my opinion, makes it unique and great. Therefore I would recommend to catch it in the theaters. Don't wait for the TV version, because it will most probably be converted to mandarin.
